While at Potomac Shores, Mr. Marshall has been a mentor and coach to many of the students by helping them improve their behaviors and attitudes in difficult times.

Mr. Marshall is one of the most dedicated, hard-working, and innovative colleagues at Potomac Shores Middle. He is the Boy’s Varsity Basketball Coach, the school’s director of The Future Leaders Squad, and the Life Youth Development Coach.

He is compassionate, kind and never misses an opportunity to help others. Whenever there is a problem, Mr. Marshall is right there to step in, assist in any way, and ensure “all is well”. He is the type of person others can count on to keep a cool head in very stressful situations, and his positive attitude is contagious.

I have worked closely with Mr. Marshall for the past two years as we were part of the inaugural team to open Potomac Shores Middle School (PSMS) in the Fall of 2021. I worked hand in hand with him as he was the founder and leader of our mentorship program called "Future Leaders." When you meet Mr. Marshall for the first time, you immediately see the passion he has for mentoring, Mental Health, and teaching the youth life skills to help them become productive citizens.
