I have worked closely with Mr. Marshall for the past two years as we were part of the inaugural team to open Potomac Shores Middle School (PSMS) in the Fall of 2021. Mr. Marshall has a love and a passion for helping people to become their best. I see his hard work and dedication to the students at my middle school on a daily basis. He helps prepare our students by learning how to: create goals, plan for the goals, evaluating the progress of the goals, and attaining the goals. While at Potomac Shores, Mr. Marshall has been a mentor and coach to many of the students by helping them improve their behaviors and attitudes in difficult times. Mr. Marshall is one of the most dedicated, hard-working, and innovative colleagues at Potomac Shores Middle. He is the Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach, the school's director of The Future Leaders Squad, and the Life Youth Development Coach. He is compassionate, kind and never misses an opportunity to help others. Whenever there is a problem, Mr. Marshall is right there to step in, assist in any way, and ensure "all is well".
